Thank you for choosing to use our product - AuraSounds. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is intended to ensure your safe and satisfactory use, and sets out the terms of use between you and Hangzhou Xinbei Time Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our company," or "AuraSounds"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our product.

1.1. Registration Requirements: To use AuraSounds products to save your favorite remix combinations or synchronize data across different terminal platforms, you need to create an account. You must provide true and accurate information and are responsible for protecting your account information. You may not create multiple accounts or register under a false identity.

1.2. Security: You are responsible for protecting your account information and password to prevent unauthorized access. If you suspect that the security of your account has been compromised, you should notify us immediately.

2.1. Privacy Commitment: You agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3.1. Membership Benefits: AuraSounds offers exclusive membership services, including but not limited to saving your favorite remix combinations, exclusive albums for members, exclusive theme colors for members, and exclusive music for members. Membership benefits are provided by AuraSounds according to the membership purchase plan.

3.2. Membership Fees: AuraSounds offers three membership plans: monthly subscription, annual subscription, and one-time purchase. The specific prices are based on the current software prices. A monthly subscription entitles you to one month of exclusive membership benefits, and the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the expiration. An annual subscription entitles you to one year of exclusive membership benefits, and the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the expiration. A one-time purchase grants lifetime membership, with continuous access after a one-time payment.

3.3. Scope of Membership Services: Membership benefits require the user to register and log in before they can be activated, and these benefits cannot be transferred or shared with others.

4.1. License Grant: Under this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use AuraSounds products and related services. This license is for your personal use only and cannot be transferred or sublicensed to others.

4.2. Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, damage, abuse, or create derivative works from AuraSounds products. You also agree not to use the products for illegal activities.

5.1. Legal Use: You agree to use AuraSounds products only within the limits of the law and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2. Misconduct: You may not misuse AuraSounds products, including but not limited to spreading false information, harassing others, infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, or violating the privacy of others. Misconduct will be considered a violation of this Agreement.

6.1. Ownership: AuraSounds products contain materials protected by intellectual property law, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos. We reserve all rights to these materials.

6.2. License: Under this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials in AuraSounds products, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials.

7.1. Change Notice: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate AuraSounds products or related services at any time. We will do our best to notify you in advance, but in some cases, we may not be able to provide advance notice.

8.1. Use at Your Own Risk: You understand and agree that using AuraSounds products comes with risks, including but not limited to risks related to the accuracy and availability of information. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the products.

9.1. Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and refuse your use of AuraSounds products at any time at our sole discretion.

9.2. Your Rights: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use AuraSounds products. After the termination of the Agreement, you may no longer use the products.

10.1. Mediation or Arbitration: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through mediation or arbitration before resorting to court.

10.2. Court Jurisdiction: Explicitly choose the court jurisdiction to resolve any legal disputes.

11.1. Non-Transferable: Users are prohibited from transferring their rights or obligations under this Agreement.

11.2. Entire Agreement: States that the Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.

12.2. Notice Effectiveness: Notices will be deemed effective immediately upon issuance.

13.1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by local laws, and any disputes related to this Agreement will be submitted to a local court of competent jurisdiction.
